Downstairs includes the open plan kitchen, salon and dining area, the forth double bedroom, office facilities, utility room and two guest toilets. The kitchen is well furnished with a dishwasher, microwave and double oven range from Rosière.

The central dining area includes a large oak table which comfortably seats ten people.

The salon area has sofas, a large open fireplace, TV, a large selection of videos and CD music system. The separate Utility room has a large fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer.

Le Lavandou has six bedrooms and sleeps up to 10

The first floor includes five bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the bedrooms are spacious and three have double beds.

The fourth bedroom has two single beds and twin bunk beds. There is also a cot available for babies.

The fifth bedroom is a single.

Bedroom 6 is downstairs has a double bed, walnut wardrobe and office facilities, including high speed Internet access.

The two bathrooms both have baths and showers. One is equipped with a WC, the other with a bidet (photo bottom left).
