The rental per week includes:

-   Cleaning at the end of your stay

-   Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen (not pool towels)

-   Electricity for the house and also pool heating (June-mid-September)

-   Bottled gas for the cooker burners (the twin ovens are electric)

-   Pool maintenance with a 24 hour call-out service

-   Logs for the fire

-   A Welcome Pack.

-   Use of telephone

-   TV with Free-to-View Astra II satellite channels

-   Broadband Internet access in the Study / Bedroom 5

-   Use of baby equipment if required: cot, high chair, potty and pram.

-   A smoking free house

Arrival and Departure: rentals are Saturday to Saturday

Please arrive after 4pm on the Saturday of your arrival (your Start Date) and depart by 10am on your last Saturday.

Rental Payment

May be made in £ Sterling or the Euro equivalent. A deposit of 30% of the total rental is required on booking.

The balance should be paid six weeks before the start of your holiday.

Damage Deposit

A deposit of £250 is required for each week booked and should be paid at the same time as the balance, six weeks before the Start Date of your rental period. The damage Deposit will be returned in full within 30 days of your departure, or after the deduction of any charges for damage, breakages or extra cleaning if the property is left in an unacceptable state. The Damage Deposit does not limit your liability to the owners of the property.

Cancellation

If a booking as made and cancelled 3 months or more before your Start Date, your deposit will be refunded in full. In the event of a cancellation between 3 months and your Start Date any rental payments made (30% deposit and balance if paid) will not be refunded. If a cancellation is made after we have received your the Damage Deposit (as above), this will immediately be refunded in full. Cancellation costs are often covered by travel insurance policies and we will be pleased to provide confirmation of payments made to support any claim.
