Le Lavandou provides flexible accommodation for up to 10 guests and has a heated 11x4m pool, a barn for games, a large garden and its own wood. There are long views all around of the attractive Gascony countryside. Condom, centre of the Armagnac region, is only 3 kms.

Le Lavandou is situated in a peaceful and quiet location, but benefits from all the facilities of the attractive and historic cathedral town of Condom nearby. These include a good choice of restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, newsagents and a twice weekly market. The local area also provides a wide range of activities for all ages, including châteaux, water parks, riding, quad biking, tree walking, music festivals and tennis. There are also ten golf courses within an hour of Le Lavandou.

Gascony  - one of the most attractive regions of France

Gascony is a beautiful region of South West France, mid-way between the Atlantic and Mediterranean, bordered by the Pyrénees to the South and the Garonne River to the North. Le Lavandou is in the Gers Départment. The area is rural, with unspoilt countryside and excellent air quality.  The larger towns of Auch and Agen are around 30 minutes. Bordeaux and Toulouse and their airports are around 90 minutes.

A wonderfully warm house throughout the year

Le Lavandou is a warm house throughout the year. The full central heating includes under-floor heating downstairs. The main living area has a large fireplace for which logs are provided. The pool is heated from the end of May to mid-September.
